Tells a story which holds the audiences' attention- I would give the film 20 points for this category. Almost every scene had an intense action scene, creating a nerve-wracking atmosphere throughout the entire movie. The first 10 minutes of the movie show a young woman in her car falling down the side of a mountain while the rescue team had a difficult time trying to rescue her out of the car. The last 10 minutes of the movie show the main character Ray performing CPR on his daughter who almost drowned to death. Demonstrates camera work and editing which enhances the story- I would give this film 15 points for this category. The camera work is good and very dynamic, which adds storytelling and drama to the film. However, the number of quick pans and fast scenes overshadow the calmer and slower scenes which makes the film seem too energetic.
